Vancouver Canucks forward Daniel Sedin, will be out 4 to 6 weeks after sustaining an injury during last Wednesday’s 7-1 win against the Montreal Canadiens.  During the second period, Sedin deflected a puck to his right foot which was first believed to be a deep bone bruise. However, that bruise later appeared to be broken bone.

Steve Bernier will play alongside Henrik Sedin and Alex Burrows while Daniel is recovering.
