The Official Digimon Adventure Set: The Complete First Season
It’s been a long time coming; there is finally an official DVD release of the first season of Digimon. The Official Digimon Adventure Set: The Complete First Season contains all 54 episodes across 8 discs in a box set format. There are no details if this is the English dubbed version that originally aired in the late 1990′s, or if it will include the original Japanese voices.
The first season of Digimon (or Digimon Adventure in Japan) follows eight young children who wind up in a digital world while attending summer camp. Finding this world populated with monsters, the children team up with the creatures to stop the evil forces intent on destroying both the digital and real worlds.
The Official Digimon Adventure Set: The Complete First Season will be available for purchase on October 9th, 2012.
