After years of waiting, VIZ Media has announced the English vocal cast for InuYasha: The Final Act through their Neon Alley subscription channel. Ever since the original InuYasha series concluded abruptly, the story was left wide open with many left perplexed over the fate of the remaining Shikon Jewel shards and the threat of Naraku. All that was wrapped up with the release of InuYasha: The Final Act which was broadcast in Japan back in 2009 and streamed online for US audiences only. The DVD and Blu-ray release of InuYasha: The Final Act is set for sometime in late 2012, but an exact date has yet to be specified.
Some familiar names make a return with the dubbed version of InuYasha: The Final Act, notably Richard Ian Cox and Paul Dobson. Newcomers include Kira Tozer as Kagome and Michael Daingerfield as Sesshomaru.
