Vancouver Canucks forward Manny Malhotra will miss the rest of the 2013 NHL season according to a team announcement today.
The Mississauga, Ontario native was placed on Injured Reserve in a statement made by Mike Gillis, the President and General Manager of the Vancouver Canucks. No further details on the cause were released.
Malhotra was last seen at the Canucks for Kids Fund SuperSkills competition on Sunday, February 10th, 2013 and was not present at the team’s 2-1 win over the Minnesota Wild on Tuesday, February 12th.
