The latest movie of the animated Naruto series is about to reach North America. Viz Media and Eleven Arts will be screening The Last: Naruto the Movie in select theatres across the United States on Friday, February 20th, 2015.
Eleven Arts announced that the movie will be shown in 20 cities across the US including New York, Boston, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, and Seattle with the potential for more locations to be added.
The ninja world is being threatened once again, but this time by a celestial menace: the moon. With time running out, a grown-up Naruto will need to team up with his friends to stop the evil and prevent the moon from wreaking chaos on an already fragile planet.
The Last: Naruto the Movie will be shown in Japanese with English subtitles and limited quantities of a commemorative poster will be handed out to moviegoers. Advance tickets and complete location list will be made available on Eleven Arts’ web site in middle of January 2015.
A Canadian schedule was not mentioned in the press release.
