New artwork for the anime Boruto: Naruto Next Generations was  shown today as it was also revealed that episodes airing after Sunday, April 26th, 2020 are delayed due to restrictions put in place by the Japanese government in response to COVID-19.

The image, which was shared on Viz Media’s Twitter, shows Sarada Uchiha, Mitsuki, Boruto Uzumaki, and Konohamaru Sarutobi being divided from a shadowy Kara group by the Boruto logo.

The next episode of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations will air on Sunday, April 26th, 2020.

Starting Sunday, May 3rd, 2020, TV Tokyo will re-broadcast the show on television from the first episode according to their web site. This comes as regulations put in place in Japan have made it hard for production to continue on many anime series, not just Boruto.
