Square Enix has announced that the soundtrack for Kingdom Hearts III is on its way for a global release in fall of 2020. This announcement was shared to the official Kingdom Hearts Facebook page.
Music from the Kingdom Hearts series has proven quite popular, with it being performed live in concert as part of the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra -World of Tres- world tour.
Utada Hikaru, who’s songs have graced multiple titles in the Kingdom Hearts series, once again sang the opening theme “Face My Fears” in collaboration with Skrillex. Another song, “Don’t Think Twice” (titled “Chikai” in Japan) was also composed for the game.
Kingdom Hearts III was released on both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One January 29th, 2019.
