North American manga publisher Seven Seas Entertainment has announced an omnibus edition of Ken Wakui’s Tokyo Revengers is coming to book stores across Canada and the United States in May 2022.

Tokyo Revengers, a popular manga series that’s been adapted into an anime series (pictured at top) and recently, a live-action film in Japan, is currently available in English on digital platforms for reading, including Azuki, Comixology Unlimited, INKR, Inkypen, Kindle Unlimited, and Mangamo. Crunchyroll streams the anime online.

Takemichi Hanagaki is a loser — his job sucks, his boss is younger than him, his cheap apartment sucks — and life has gotten worse knowing that his only girlfriend in high school was killed by a notorious gang. Takemitchi, through a life changing event, is transported 12 years into the past to infiltrate the gang for a chance at making the future better and to save the girl he loves the most.

The Tokyo Revengers omnibus edition is a 2-in-1 book in large format, rather than individual manga volumes — Barnes & Noble book stores in the US will get a special edition with exclusive cover art and a fold-out poster.

The manga, which was first published in Japan’s Weekly Shonen Magazine in March 2017, is ongoing, with 24 volumes in print.

The first volume of Tokyo Revengers is priced at $22.99 USD in the United States and $28.99 CAD in Canada when it releases in May 2022.
