TV Tokyo has revealed the songs for the next opening and closing themes for the anime Boruto: Naruto Next Generations that will air beginning January 9th, 2022.

Japanese rock band FLOW returns with their latest release “Gold” as the opening for the show. Comprised of vocalists Koshi Asakawa and Keigo Hayashi, guitarist Takeshi Asakawa, bassist Kotaro Goto, and drummer Hiroshi Iwasaki, FLOW is renowned globally for their music appearing in multiple anime series, including Naruto. Fans have listened to the Naruto Shippuden opening “Sign” over 200 million times!

Anly, a pop-singer from the island of Ie off of Okinawa, had her song “Voltage” selected for the end credits of Boruto. This is not her first time working with the Naruto franchise as “Kara no Kokoro” was used as the final opening theme to Naruto Shippuden. Since learning to play music from a young age, Anly has also included covers of popular songs by the Beatles, Ed Sheeran and Led Zeppelin on each of her studio releases.
